Our Mission
"I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life — with a space to heal, to be truly seen and heard, and to reconnect with their authentic self."
Our Story: A Safe Space to Reconnect with Yourself

Hello, I'm Carine Lee. I founded S-Zone Psychotherapy and Wellness with a simple but deeply held belief: Healing begins when we reconnect with who we truly are.
So much of what we struggle with - anxiety, recurring relationship patterns, difficulty trusting, or the persistent feeling that something isn't quite right - earlier experiences. Past or current wounds that were never fully processed don't simply disappear with time; they shape how we love, how we trust, the relationships we choose, and how we see our own worth today. In therapy, we gently explore these roots with compassion and at a pace that feels safe for you. The goal is not to erase your past, but to help you understand its impact, reconnect with your strengths, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others - so that what once shaped you no longer silently defines you.
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and deeply personalised — because every person's story, and every healing journey, is unique. With over 10 years of experience in coaching, consulting, training, and leadership, I bring both clinical knowledge and real-world insight into therapy - supporting clients emotionally, relationally, and practically through trauma, relationship challenges, life's transitoins and other mental health concerns. I bring a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honours your background, values, and lived experience - creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Outside the therapy room, I love reading, writing, and travelling - I've explored more than 30 countries. These experiences deepen my understanding of identity, belonging, life across cultures, and ground my practice in cultural humility.
I'm glad you're here. Reaching out takes courage, and wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to face it alone. Whether you're navigating trauma, a relationship, anxiety, or a life transition - or simply feel that something isn't right - I'd be honoured to walk with you.
You're welcome to book a free 15-min consultation.

A Journey to Healing
Whether you're struggling with mental health or relationship challenges, you don't have to figure out this alone.
My therapeutic approach is integrative — meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based methods and tailor them specifically to your unique needs, goals, and cultural context.
I may incorporate reflective or experiential tools — including my original "Open Your Heart Card," a self-reflection resource I created to support insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful engagement in the therapeutic process.
I believe healing happens within you - something you just need the right support to access it. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a grounded, empathic presence — a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and hope.

"You deserve to feel heard. You deserve to heal."
