If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or struggling with relationships, work, or everyday life, therapy can make a meaningful difference. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy — many clients come to us simply wanting to understand themselves better and live a more fulfilling life. Our therapists provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and start your healing journey. Take the first step: book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're the right fit for you.
Booking your first appointment is easy! Simply visit our Contact page, fill out the booking form, or call us at (437) 367-8267. You can also email us at info@szonepsychotherapy.ca. We offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can meet your therapist before committing. Appointments are available in-person at 120 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, or virtually via secure video call — flexible options to fit your schedule.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of effective therapy. Everything you share with your therapist remains strictly private. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent. There are a few important exceptions to confidentiality, required by law, including situations where there is risk of harm to self or others, suspicion of child abuse or neglect, suspicion of abuse involving individuals with diminished capacity, or disclosure is required by a court order or other legal obligation (such as subpoena). Outside of these specific circumstances, you can speak openly and confidently, knowing your privacy is respected and protected.
